The 10th Temple Bar TradFest will run from

Dublin’s biggest and best festival of Irish Music and Culture is set to return in January 2015. Since it began in 2006 the festival has grown year on year, hosting the best of Irish Traditional, Folk & Celtic music each January. It is now a firm fixture on Ireland’s Festival calendar. 2015 will mark the 10th Temple Bar TradFest and the festival is getting ready to celebrate this 10th birthday in style.
Programming is well underway and details will be announced in the coming months. The 2015 festival will see the return of some of the performers who have graced the stages over the last decade giving audiences the chance to relive some highlights again. But whilst remembering and celebrating what has gone before, the 2015 festival will also create new memories and look to the future, featuring many up and coming & emerging artists.
In 2014 the Temple Bar TradFest saw over 57,000 visitors, including over 18,000 from overseas. The programme showcased many of the unique heritage venues in the area and included over 40 concerts and over 200 free events.
