Jason’s new EP “To Be Good Enough” goes on release on October 31st.  To coincide with the release some live shows are already confirmed, with others to be announced shortly.

Tuesday 4th November – Ruby Sessions, Dublin
Wednesday 5th November – Zodiac Sessions, Dublin
Thursday 13th November – Empire Music Hall, Belfast
Saturday 2nd November – Voodoo Green Room, Letterkenny

Since releasing his first EP, ‘Undercover’ in 2013, Jason has accomplished sell out shows at Northern Ireland’s top music venues: Belfast Empire, Spring & Airbrake and Stiff Kitten, and with his most recent singles, ‘Gotta Go’, ‘Loving You’ and ‘Smoke and Mirrors’, being play-listed on the top three commercial stations in Northern Ireland, interest is starting to come from further afield.

Jason’s tracks have also been play-listed or featured on numerous radio stations across Republic of Ireland also over the last 18months and he was a featured artist on Joan Armatrading’s singer/songwriter documentary, broadcast on BBC Radio 2 also during this time frame.

Having supported the likes of Paolo Nutini, Scott Matthews, Joan Armatrading, Ronan Keating and Ryan Sheridan, it’s no surprise that Jason’s upcoming EP, ‘To Be Good Enough’ is well developed and bears all the hallmarks of a seasoned and accomplished songwriter.  ‘To Be Good Enough’ is on release on Friday 31st October.

Jason Clarke, born and raised in Belfast is a singer/songwriter and musician who started writing at the age of 18, with his first song ‘Payback’. Jason’s music has led him on an exciting journey over the last few years, with The Daily Mirror recently hailing him as “The Next Big Thing”.

Previously Jason has co-written with world renowned songwriters, including Beth Nielsen Chapman, Iain Archer and JD Souther. It is perhaps because of this experience, as well as spending time in Norway writing with Waterfall Music, that he is now co-writing material with several established artists, and many up and coming artists in Northern Ireland.

REVIEWS:

“Big hearted, full throated and with massive bludgeoning choruses. It’s a collection of songs with a street corner ethic and stadium ambition” HOT PRESS MAGAZINE

“Jason’s soulful acoustic music is channelling a route to major success. If there was ever a time to jump on a bandwagon, this is it.” FAME MAGAZINE
