Hotly tipped Irish/London female rock duo Rews were given a big shout out by Mark Radcliffe on BBC TV when he claimed them as his highlight of the Glastonbury Festival 2017 following their performance on the John Peel Stage.
‘Fantastic band….like a female Royal Blood’.
The track is the band’s first release since signing to Marshall Records and its associated publishing arm earlier this year. It is also the first record to be released by the iconic amp brand Marshall’s new label.
The single is a reworked version of the previously well received, self-released track and marks a tougher sound for the band. It hints at the delights to come in the shape of their debut full length album, recorded at the famed Abbey Road Studios, due for release in September this year.
2017 has seen Rews very busy touring Ireland, UK and Germany with a full schedule of Summer Festivals to come before an Autumn headline tour to promote their album release.
