Rights to the novel are also currently being sold in the US, Germany, Italy, Spain, Serbia, Brazil and Norway. During the Imagine Arts Festival in October Megan will take to the stage with her father and playwright Jim Nolan to participate in a public interview.

** ALL TOGETHER NOW BRING YOU ARCADIA AND THE AFTERBURNER **
** ARCADIA CELEBRATE THEIR TENTH ANNIVERSARY WITH 20 FOOT FLAMES AND INTERACTIVE STAGING **
‘A fire-breathing stage stole the show…17,000 people were wowed by the Arcadia Afterburner stage.’ NZ Herald
‘the mesmeric and cinematic Arcadia Afterburner’ Deep House Amsterdam
‘Arcadia is a roving phenomenon’ Metro News
Arcadia are on their way to All Together Now.
Arcadia is the fantastic brainchild of scrap metal sculptor Pip Rush Jansen and engineer Bert Cole. Pip and Bert met in Ireland 10 years ago and, whilst here, hatched a plan to create a bespoke installation to challenge festival convention. Thus, award winning art collective Arcadia was born.
Since its inception, hundreds of thousands of people have danced around, under and over Arcadia’s incredible, eye-popping installations across four continents.
It’s fitting that Arcadia return to Ireland to celebrate their tenth anniversary, but the setting had to be right. To that end, Pip flew to Ireland to explore the grounds of Curraghmore House, Ireland’s largest private estate – and the setting for the inaugural All Together Now Festival.
‘I was totally blown away. I’ve seen extreme festival sites from the Black Rock Desert to glamorous harbour-sides in Miami to skyscraper strewn city centres around the world and this may just top the lot!
The scale is unreal, from the campsite at the top of the hill, you can see lush woodland and rolling hills for miles around, all leading to the mountains with no neighbours anywhere in sight. We even found an ancient Celtic stone circle where people had clearly been drawn by the magical landscape to celebrate the rhythms of life there since time immemorial. And the building itself has such a mystical beauty – what an incredible place for a festival.’
The setting was right. Curraghmore is the perfect spot for The Arcadia Afterburner, an immersive 360 degree installation that has rocked crowds from Burning Man to the Dalmatian coast and from New Zealand to Glastonbury.
At its heart is a flaming spire that houses the DJ booth and shoots fireballs above the crowd as light radiates outwards to a ring of flaming trees. Raised platforms spiral into the crowd creating multi level dynamics and allowing the crowd to dance on the structure itself, balancing intense intimacy with a powerful sense of monumentality.
Built from repurposed military hardware, the Afterburner fuses sound, light, sacred geometry, an inward facing 360 degree soundfield and 20 foot flames amplifying both the music and the energy into an unforgettable dancefloor experience.
Whilst The Afterburner brings that uniquely immersive environment, with an amazing roster of DJs bringing the performance. There is a line up of very special guests still to be announced, so stay tuned to hear who will be spinning to on this unbelievable interactive stage!
In a truly remarkable setting, with 16 stages, music, comedy, spoken word, bespoke food, theatre, a dedicated kids area, wellness area, its very own eco water, commitment to sustainability and much much more, All Together Now also has this fire breathing gem at its heart.
‘I’m honoured to be invited back to Ireland and really can’t express how excited we are to be running a stage at All Together Now. Of all the crowds we’ve ever worked with the Irish are always right up there as one of the friendliest and most energetic. we’re so fired up to be coming back. This really is like a homecoming for us and we couldn’t think of anything more perfect in our 10th anniversary year.’
All Together Now are proud to welcome Arcadia to join revellers for what will truly be a magical August Bank Holiday weekend. When the balmy August sun sets, the flames will shoot skywards.

This is a list of all the artists whose albums or EP’s I have featured on the Irish Music Show during 2017. It’s just the tip of the iceberg. The downside of a weekly two hour show is that I cannot play all the albums I’d like to so I have to make that choice each week. Even from this list you can see the wealth of talent that exists in Ireland
Cult Called Man have begun a three-part campaign of retro music videos by taking a step back to the 70’s for ‘Make it Easy’, the first single off their debut album Cult Fiction. The video was shot entirely on Super 8 Film in December of 2016.
In a world where the conventional wants to look like Bieber; Cult Called Man feel that the mainstream attained its perfect image with the likes of Taxi Driver in 1976.
“Empty Vessels”. Produced by Joe Cross (Hurts, Chloe Howl, The Courteeners), “Empty Vessels” was recorded in Dublin’s Cauldron Studios (Hozier, The Coronas, Ryan Sheridan).
“Empty Vessels” is a thrilling three minutes of bouncing beats, dreamy guitars, and tropical synths. This video comes just two weeks after the band’s last release, “Be American”, and is the latest in a run of previously unreleased material that Neon Wolf will be sharing over the coming weeks. “Over the last few years we have built up a catalogue of great recordings that until this point have never been heard by the public”, says Neon Wolf frontman Rob Grace, “so we decided that we’d put them out there, so everybody can hear and enjoy the songs”.
Neon Wolf’s debut EP, Love Lost In Design topped iTunes charts in Ireland and was also released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, receiving both national and regional airplay. In 2012, the band were also awarded the RTÉ RAAP Breakthrough Bursary, having been chosen out of a list of thousands of entrants.
Since then Neon Wolf have built a staunch fan-base in both Ireland and around the world. They have entertained crowds at festivals throughout the country, such as Electric Picnic, Longitude, Sea Sessions, Other Voices, and Indiependence. They have also been invited to play support to many internationally famous bands, such as Stereophonics (Kilmainham Hospital), Feeder (The Academy), The 1975 (The Academy), Alabama Shakes (The Academy), and Hudson Taylor (Olympia Theatre).
